Information you give us — when you fill in an enquiry or site-visit form, call, email or message us:
- name, phone number and email address;
- the project or type of home you are interested in;
- any message or preferences you choose to share (budget, location, configuration, preferred visit time).
Information collected automatically — when you browse the Website, our hosting provider may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, mainly for security and performance.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as financial account details, government ID numbers or health information through the Website. Please do not send such information through our forms.
How we use your information

Children
The Website is intended for adults looking to buy property. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
